We will only discuss policy details with the policyholder, unless the policyholder has given us their permission for a Third Party to act on their behalf. We will need to gain permission from the policyholder before we will discuss policy details.

We take all complaints seriously and aim to acknowledge your concerns within 3 working days. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will carry out a thorough investigation and aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks.
